Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Kivra Kids you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Kivra Kids is designed for parents and guardians to supervise.

2. What Kivra Kids is

Kivra Kids is a content curation platform. We aggregate and surface educational videos and books for children, with an emphasis on Islamic values and wholesome learning. We do not produce original content — videos are embedded from YouTube and books are linked from external sources.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and Parent Mode PIN confidential.
• You may create up to 6 kid profiles under your account.
• You must not share your account with people outside your immediate family.
• You must not create accounts for the purpose of circumventing suspensions or bans.

4. Content submissions

You may submit videos and books for inclusion on the platform. By submitting content you confirm that:

• The content does not violate any third party's copyright or intellectual property rights.
• The content is appropriate for children and does not contain violence, inappropriate language, adult themes, or anything contrary to Islamic values.
• You are not submitting content for commercial gain or to promote a product or service without disclosure.

All submissions are reviewed before being published. We reserve the right to reject any submission without explanation and to remove published content at any time.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Submitting false reports against content to have it removed improperly.
• Using the platform to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the platform.
• Any activity that disrupts or degrades the service for other users.

6. Content moderation

We use a combination of AI-assisted review and human moderation to evaluate submitted content. Approved content may subsequently be removed if it receives multiple user reports or if we determine it no longer meets our standards. We are not liable for any content that temporarily appears on the platform before moderation catches it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Kivra Kids available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Kivra Kids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to content your child encounters through third-party embeds.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
